Invitation to Tender: Website Redesign & Redevelopment — AGD/ITU/CS/26/27/44

The Accountant General's Department invites suitably qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for the complete redesign and redevelopment of the AGD website (treasury.gov.jm). The project encompasses UX/UI design, WordPress development, content migration, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), and a 12-month support period. Proposals must be submitted by May 14, 2026.

Annual Life Certificate Deadline — 30 June 2026

This is a reminder to all government pensioners that the deadline for submission of the Annual Life Certificate for the 2026 pension year is June 30, 2026. Pensioners who do not submit their Life Certificate by this date risk having their pension payments suspended. Life Certificates may be submitted online via MyPensions+ or in person at any of our Mobile Drive events.

Office Hours During Labour Day Public Holiday — 25 May 2026

The Accountant General's Department will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the Labour Day public holiday. All AGD offices, including the Pensions Division at 21 Dominica Drive, Kingston 5, will be closed. Normal operations, including telephone and online services, will resume on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 8:30am.

Pension Payment Schedule — May to August 2026

The Accountant General's Department hereby publishes the pension payment schedule for the period May to August 2026. Payments will be made as follows: May — Friday, May 29; June — Tuesday, June 30; July — Friday, July 31; August — Friday, August 28. Payments are credited directly to pensioners' designated bank accounts on these dates.
